Health and wellness play a big part in your academic success. Many off-campus resources may meet your health and wellness needs. These programs are not administered by SDI and may have eligibility requirements for use.

Calvary Healing Center provides compassionate and comprehensive addiction recovery services. 


The Headstrong Project provides at no expense confidential and stigma-free mental health treatment for military members, veterans, and their families regardless of service era or discharge.


National Institute of Mental Health provides multiple resources to help locate immediate assistance in a crisis. 


Objective Zero connects veterans, service members, families, and caregivers to peer support via voice, video, and text message through the Objective Zero App. Users also get free access to wellness resources, such as yoga and meditation sessions and a catalog of mental health resources.


SAMHSA Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration provides information and resources to those with mental and/or substance use disorders while supporting those on their journey through recovery and prevention. 


Peer-to-peer support network that provides information, guidance, and assistance on locating online resources that will help address challenges before they escalate into a crisis.  Not a crisis support hotline.
